Spur gearSince a spur gear does not generate thrust force, the overall structure can be simplified and assembly is easier, which reduces the total cost.
Helical gearThe tooth trace of a helical gear is twisted, so it improves the contact ratio and rotates smoothly and silently than a spur gear.
Internal gearThis gear has internal teeth which engage with a spur gear. It enables to design a compact device by sharing the burden among two or more planetary gears.
Spiral bevel gearCompared with a straight bevel gear, the contact ratio is improved. It makes rotation smoother and realizes high performance in terms of noises and vibration.
Zerol bevel gearThe difference is that the twist of the zerol bevel gear is zero and its thrust force is smaller than that of the spiral bevel gear.
HRH gearOur original HRH gear realizes a dramatically high reduction ratio, 1:360, with a pair of gears.
Hypoid gearThe difference between this gear and a spiral bevel gear is that the pinion shaft of this gear is offset against the center of the gear shaft to some extent.
Straight Bevel GearStraight bevel gears generate low thrust loads, and because the force always acts in a direction that separates the mating gears, the bearing structure can be designed more simply.

Small Diameter & Small Module GearsTo meet the demand for smaller, higher‑performance gears in fields that require work beyond human capability, we deliver one‑of‑a‑kind gears.
We have 150 or more gear cutting machines in total,
serve for bespoke spur and bevel gears manufacturing.
We also comply with JIS Class 0 precision.
Our integrated production system, which includes heat treatment,
starts from the design phase, and is capable of producing 500,000 pcs/month,
making it one of the largest among OEM gear manufacturers.
With our integrated production capabilities,
we are capable of taking on modern challenges and meeting demands including small diameters,
small modules, and challenging for complex shapes.
Small Diameter & Small Module Gears
In advanced industries such as the industrial robot sector, there is an increasing demand for smaller and high precision gears. We perform gear tooth grinding and heat treatment of gears to improve their precision, and we also handle large lots with our integrated production system from ordering right through to delivery. With our reliable skills and ability to respond to our customers’ needs, we provide unique gears to our happy customers.
Gears for Robots
A robot arm with many drive units requires a wide variety of movements for each joint (axis), and gears of various sizes and shapes are required to make these movements possible. We provide total support from design to the production of gears according to the application in which they will be installed. With our vast track record and development capabilities, we meet all manner of customer needs.
